Personal Life:
Ankita Lokhande, from a Maharashtrian family, was born and brought up in Indore. When she decided to take acting as career her parents were quite reluctant but she succeeded in convincing them and later started getting support from them. She moved to Mumbai in year 2005 but she got big break only in June 2009 in Pavitra Rishta.
Early Career:
She is a high quality dancer. Many times because of her decent acting, people say she is Vidya Balan of small screen. Many times we see that small screen actors lack fun part but Ankita Lokhande is filled with fun, a sample of her sense of humor can be seen in one of the video below. Before working on Pavitra Rishta she struggled a lot to get a decent break. But she was fully prepared for that and it paid. Earlier she was supposed to act in Jay Mehta's 'Bali Umar Ko Salaam', she did the promos also but later Ankita did not continued with it. As that was not for the lead role Ankita Lokhande do not regret for it.
Television:
She became popular when she took up the lead role in Zee TV's number one serial Pavitra Rishta. In this top serial she plays a role of Archana Deshmukh. She grabbed this opportunity with both the hands and proved that she is an excellent actress with lot of temperament. Recently many press reports talked about Ankita's relationship with Sushant and claimed that they are in love in real life as well. Though they did not say anything in that regard, this couple made enough statements to give press a chance to speak.

About Pavitra Rishta

It is a story of a girl, Archana, who though is not highly educated but handles the whole house work impeccably. Every one is dependant on her but except for her brother and mother no one really values her importance. Her mother has a sole aim of getting a good, well educated boy drawing a good salary for Archana. Because of this Archana’s marriage plans have always been full of obstacles. Simultaneously runs the story of boy Sushant; a garage owner; who gets besotted by Archana on the very first sight. Destiny and circumstances make his marriage proposal reach archana but to be accepted he has to lie about his credentials, which because of unavoidable situations he does. The marriage takes place but the moment Archana comes to know about the lie she refuses to go with Sushant. The story continues from here – what remains to be seen is what happens to Archana who inspite of being married does not go to stay with her husband, will the two people who are made for each other ever come together?

Rubina Dilaik is the actress played the challenging role of the protagonist Radhika. Rubina hails from Himachal Pradesh.
